This month, our pastor has been doing a sermon series on "Song of Solomon". He capped it off this weekend with a sermon about marriage and how tough it can be as well as kudos for those who stuck it out through hard times.
At the end of the sermon he called for all married couples to stand and face each other. Then he had us repeat our wedding vows. As in a traditional wedding, the pastor said each line of the vows and we had to repeat each line.
He started with the men. Kerry looked deep into my eyes and earnestly repeated every word. About halfway through he choked up and couldn't continue. After missing a few lines, he started again, then had to stop again. I was doing just fine, but he made me tear up and I'm a pretty tough case when it comes to crying. We both were laughing as we tried to get through the vows without completely breaking down.
It's the sweetest thing to know my husband is still a softie and still is willing to commit to me all over again!

Thats because I am married to the love of my life and I fall more deeply in love with her every day!
